Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Polar). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
App: We use a one-way private hash to identify your device for the licensing management and it does not contain any personal information about your device. We also collect access times tied to your account for licensing verification and usage monitoring.
Site: We use a one-way private hash to identify your session for the licensing management and it does not contain any personal information about your device.
Database Credentials: Your database credentials are stored locally on your device and encrypted using a key stored securely in your system's credential manager. We do not have access to your database credentials or the data in your databases.
How Your Information is used
Except as provided herein, we collect and use your personal and non-personal information for internal purposes only or for gathering aggregate and anonymized data, and we do not sell, rent, or share personally identifiable information about you with other people or with nonaffiliated companies except as described below. We may use your information in the following ways:
- To conduct routine business operations such as billing, identification, authentication, contact purposes and general research. As part of our routine business operations, we may transfer your Personal Information to certain third parties with whom we contract for the limited purpose of providing services such as web hosting, email, and credit card processing. These service providers are obligated to protect your information, and they do not use your Personal Information for their own commercial purposes.
- To communicate with you about important announcements, special offers and support.
- To provide you with and enhance the Services.
Data Retention

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
App Security
- The App connects directly to your database without routing through our servers. Connections are end-to-end encrypted.
- Queries you make are only accessible to you or to those with whom you have shared them.
Cookies
Our Site uses only essential cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the Services. These cookies are used for authentication, session management, and security purposes. We do not use any analytics or tracking cookies. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, but note that some parts of the Site may not function properly without essential cookies.
Data Breach Notification
